The DuBois Continuum of Care Community Leadership Team is an alliance of senior care experience and dedication that forms their compassionate, committed, and sincere leadership approach. Our Team shares a common goal - to serve our community, staff, residents, and family members with the utmost respect and purpose. Their heartfelt passion is based on their own life experiences. They direct our organization's growth, honor the strengths of our employees, and provide inspiration and innovation to our senior care industry.
The Continuum has implemented a specialized recovery plan for the management, care, and rehabilitation of specific respiratory concerns, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Pneumonia, Emphysema, Asthma, and Other Respiratory Diseases.
Consulting a Board-Certified Pulmonologist is pertinent to begin your recovery if you have respiratory issues. But it shouldn't stop there. Taking advantage of specialized pulmonary care and rehabilitation could improve your breathing for the rest of your life. In addition, our "Just Breathe Recovery" program provides hands-on training and education you take home with you to increase your chances of success and better living.
Working with Dr. Bansal and his staff is a partnership that elevates this program to a new level. From start to finish, your respiratory recovery goals become more attainable, and your success story becomes more real.
