Independent Living at Village View
Medical
We provide a PPO plan offered through Blue Cross/Blue Shield with Individual and family deductibles for inpatient and outpatient services, primary care, specialist services, and prescription copays. First, the $500.00 deductible is paid by the employer (DCCCI.)
Dental
A dental plan offered that includes diagnostic and preventative care and basic and major restorative services.
Vision
Coverage is available for a vision exam, frame(s), lenses, and contacts.
Life Insurance
This coverage provides eligible employees with life insurance up to $10,000.00 at no cost through Reliance.
Tuition Reimbursement/Scholarships
DuBois Nursing Home provides paid training for C.N.A. certification. We also offer a variety of scholarships.
403(b) Retirement Program
DuBois Continuum of Care Community provides a match of $ .25 on every $1.00 up to 4% for those that contribute to their 403(b) through Empower.
Paid Time Off
Includes vacation, personal time, sick days, and holidays.

DuBois Village Personal Care is PET FRIENDLY: At DuBois Village Personal Care Community, we understand that a pet's vital part is its owner’s life. Moving from home to a retirement community is a big enough decision; the last thing you want to do is have to leave a pet behind.
Pets are permitted at DuBois Village as long as the resident can meet the pet's needs completely. Pets are limited to caged birds, fish, cats, and small dogs. A current rabies certificate is required to be on file in the business office. Pets are also welcomed visitors to DuBois Village, as long as the pet owner provides a current rabies certificate to be on file, and the pet gets along well with people and other pets.
