ESPIRE is a Post-Acute Care Pulmonary Program offering respiratory care to improve overall quality, reduce hospital readmissions, and reduce costs through facility cost savings.
Currently meeting the needs of residents with a diagnosis of:

- HYPOXIA
- PULMONARY FIBROSIS
- BRONCHIECTASIS
- OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA
- CHRONIC HYPOXEMIC RESPIRATORY FAILURE
- PNEUMONIA
- PULMONARY EMBOLISM
- PLEURAL EFFUSION
- HEART FAILURE- SYSTOLIC OR DIASTOLIC
- PULMONARY NODULE
- LUNG CANCER
- ATELECTASIS
- TOBACCO ABUSE
- CPAP/BIPAP/ AVAPS THERAPY
- OXYGEN THERAPY
We offer care for those in a skilled setting. Our respiratory therapists are on-site five to seven days per week. A few benefits to name are maximizing PDMP reimbursement, educating staff, collaborating, working as a well-versed multi-display team, and leveraging existing strategies of medication stewardship.
OUR TEAM: Board-Certified pulmonologist, Critical Care Physicians, Advanced Practicing Provider, RT Navigators, RN Navigators, and LPN Navigators.
