General Duties and Responsibilities Include: As a Home Care Aide, you have the ability to work one-on-one with consumer’s on a day-to-day basis. This allows you to get to know each consumer on a more personal level, providing assistance with activities of daily living in a friendly, energetic, and personal atmosphere. Your position as a home care aide is vital, because you have the most direct and continuous contact with our clients and their families.

With this position, you are not only a part of the home care team but also you quickly become an important part of the consumer’s life.
